Welcome to SeeBiz, Inc. ("we," "us," or "SeeBiz"). As a wholesale marketplace based in the United States, we connect buyers and sellers but do not directly handle payments or shipping logistics. This Shipping and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding shipping, returns, and refunds for transactions conducted on our platform.

By using our platform and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Shipping and Return Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please discontinue the use of our services.

Role of SeeBiz

SeeBiz operates as an online wholesale marketplace facilitating connections between buyers ("you") and sellers ("Vendors"). We do not own, sell, or ship any products listed on our platform. All products are sold and shipped directly by the Vendors. Payments are processed through integrated third-party payment processors, such as Stripe, directly to the Vendors.

SeeBiz makes no warranties or representations regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any Vendor's products, services, or shipping practices.

Shipping Policy

3.1 Shipping Responsibilities

All shipping arrangements, including packaging, handling, and delivery, are the sole responsibility of the Vendors from whom you purchase the products. SeeBiz is not involved in the shipping process and does not assume any liability for shipping-related matters.

Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable shipping regulations, including but not limited to hazardous materials regulations, export controls, and packaging requirements.

3.2 Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping methods, carriers, and associated costs are determined by the Vendors. These details should be provided by the Vendors at the time of purchase.

Vendors are required to clearly disclose all shipping costs, including any handling fees, prior to purchase completion. Any subsequent changes to shipping costs must be communicated to and accepted by the buyer before processing.

3.3 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the Vendors and may vary depending on the shipping method and carrier used. SeeBiz does not guarantee delivery times and is not responsible for any delays in shipment.

Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or governmental actions, may affect delivery times, and neither SeeBiz nor the Vendors shall be liable for delays caused by such events.

3.4 International Shipping

For international orders, additional fees such as customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These fees are your responsibility. Buyers acknowledge that they are responsible for ensuring compliance with all import regulations and restrictions in their jurisdiction.

SeeBiz and Vendors make no representations regarding the legality of importing specific products into any jurisdiction. Vendors should provide information regarding international shipping, but SeeBiz is not liable for any additional charges or delays due to customs processing.

Return and Refund Policy

4.1 Return Eligibility

Any requests for returns or exchanges must be directed to the Vendor from whom the product was purchased. Each Vendor may have their own return and refund policies, which should be made available to you prior to purchase.

Vendors must clearly display their return and refund policies on their SeeBiz storefront and maintain consistent application of these policies. Failure to honor stated return policies may result in Vendor account suspension.

4.2 Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact the Vendor directly according to their specified return procedures. SeeBiz does not handle returns or exchanges and is not responsible for facilitating the return process

Vendors must provide clear instructions for their return process, including any requirements for return merchandise authorization (RMA) numbers, packaging requirements, and shipping labels.

4.3 Refund Process

Refunds are processed by the Vendor through the payment processor (e.g., Stripe) used at the time of purchase. SeeBiz does not hold or manage any funds from transactions and therefore cannot issue refunds.

Vendors must process eligible refunds within [10] business days of receiving returned merchandise. Failure to process timely refunds may result in penalties or suspension from the platform.

Dispute Resolution

If you encounter any issues with a Vendor regarding shipping, returns, or refunds, we recommend that you first attempt to resolve the matter directly with the Vendor. If the issue remains unresolved, you may contact our customer support team at contact@seebiz.com for assistance.

While we do not assume liability, we maintain a dispute resolution process to facilitate communication between parties. SeeBiz reserves the right to temporarily suspend payment processing or Vendor accounts during dispute investigations. Any dispute not resolved through our platform's process shall be subject to binding arbitration as outlined in our Terms of Service

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeeBiz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from any aspect of your use of our platform, including but not limited to issues arising from shipping, returns, or refunds.

This limitation of liability includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if SeeBiz has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so this limitation may not apply to you. All transactions are solely between you and the Vendor.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Shipping and Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective thirty (30) days after posting the revised policy on our platform, unless immediate implementation is required by law or to address security concerns. We will provide notice of material changes through our platform or via email to registered users. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
