Dropshipping is a technique in which a store ships products directly from wholesalers to customers. In this way, the store does not have to maintain physical possession of the goods. SeeBiz Inventory allows its users to use this method if they do not have items in stock. When a sales order is created, the user can mark it as a backorder or dropship. If the order is marked as the dropship, an icon appears with the order. In the next step, the vendor processes the order and sends a bill to the user. The process is not considered complete until the user receives a bill from the vendor.
