Preferences

In this section, users can change preferences for different sections of IMS. They can add, edit, or delete any information. If users want to do business with any particular vendor they can add them as their preference. The same goes for the customers. In case users want to offer a discount to any customer they can add a preferred price for that customer. In sales orders/invoices users can add a special price at the end of the transaction.

This feature helps users to maintain their pricing patterns and build their relations with vendors and customers. Every user can use the system following business needs. Flexibility helps the users to keep the track of inventory and check their profit.
